Leadership and Conflict Management Skills for Electoral Stakeholders

It was truly a good learning process and leadership training process offered by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) and European Union. Implementing partners: The European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES).

A good platform to meet various political, civil society, and permanent society organizations representatives like the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP), Political Parties Liaison Committee (PPLC), and Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ - The Ombudsman), Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA), Election Observation Group (ELOG), among others.

Main aim: Promoting peace, cohesion, and political dialogue and preventing, mitigating, and managing conflicts and political and election-related conflict and violence ahead of the new electoral cycle in Kenya.

Other specific Objectives: To increase understanding, tolerance, trust, and peaceful coexistence among Kenyans.

To reduce incidences of electoral violence, hate speech, and ethnic contempt in traditional and social media, and public spaces.
