Climate Action Summit 2025: Road to COP 30
The four-day Climate Action Summit 2025: Road to COP 30 brought together key stakeholders from government, civil society, academia, and community-based organizations to deliberate on advancing climate action in Kenya and beyond. The discussions centered around three main themes — Climate Policy, Leadership, and Localized Implementation — highlighting the urgent need for stronger governance frameworks, improved coordination, and integration of scientific research into policy decisions. Experts and policymakers emphasized aligning national and county policies with global climate commitments to ensure coherent and effective action ahead of COP 30.

E-Waste Tour (Learning)
Day 1 The Lab-Not-Lab* E-Waste Tour officially began on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, led by Mr. Thuo and Mr. Peter, the Founding Director of the Electronic Waste Initiative Kenya (EWIK). The three-day event, running until Friday, 25th October 2025, brought together various organizations and stakeholders involved in waste management, including representatives from SDI, ETCO, university students, and other partners. The main aim was to explore and learn about the entire E-Waste value chain, from collection and sorting to recycling and repurposing.

Volleyball Mega Tournament
ETCO partnered with High-rise Volleyball Club Kenya, Chema Steel Hardware, Trado Adventures & Safaris, and Betashan Mini Mart to organize the 8th Edition 2025 Mega Volleyball Tournament. The exciting two-day event took place on the 6th and 7th of September 2025 at the Highrise Volleyball Club Grounds. The tournament brought together volleyball enthusiasts and the local community in a lively atmosphere filled with talent, teamwork, and great sportsmanship. The event not only showcased competitive matches but also emphasized the importance of youth empowerment through sports.
