In celebration of Menstrual Hygiene Day, ETCO, in partnership with Rotary Club of Nairobi Connect and with support from the Safaricom Foundation, today donated 900 sanitary towels to girls at Joash Olum Primary School. This initiative was aimed at supporting the girl child by promoting menstrual dignity, boosting confidence, and helping keep girls in school so they can stay focused on their education and future careers.

Filling Potting Potting Bags - Nairobi Dam Tree Nursery
At the Nairobi Dam Park tree nursery, volunteers are filling potting bags—one step at a time—working with Brigadier Joseph Muracia (CEO, Nairobi Rivers) toward Ngong River regeneration and a greener corridor for Kibera and Lang’ata.

Site Inspection for Tree Nursery at Nairobi Dam Park
ETCO, the Lang’ata Local Water Forum, and Highrise Youth Generation Group hosted Kenya Forest Service officers for a site visit to Nairobi Dam Park’s tree nursery—launching preparation, Climate Worx cohort training, and a goal of at least 10,000 seedlings for the park’s long-term care.
