E-Waste Tour (Learning)
ETCO joined the three-day Lab-Not-Lab E-Waste Tour (22–25 Oct 2025) led by EWIK—visiting Ngara, Dandora, and WEEE Utawala to learn the full e-waste value chain from collection and sorting to recycling, dismantling, and refurbishment.

World Environment Day - 2025
On World Environment Day 2025, ETCO and Ngong River Regeneration Network Zone 2 hosted hundreds at Canaan Estate and Nairobi Dam–Seafar—combining sensitisation, mass tree planting, and a research-linked clean-up tackling plastic pollution and river health.

On 10 March 2025 at Kamukunji Grounds, President Dr. William Ruto launched the Nairobi Rivers Regeneration Project—mobilising government, Nairobi Rivers Commission, counties, donors, and communities for waste, sanitation, infrastructure, and social housing along Nairobi’s rivers.
International Women's Day 2025
Today, ETCO, with Kibera Gender Advocacy Network (KGAN) partners, hosted a vibrant International Women's Day celebration at Canaan Estate Community Hall. More than 410 participants joined a procession from AMREF in Laini Saba to Canaan Estate, then took part in plenary discussions on gender equality, women's empowerment, and community solidarity.
