Christmas of Sharing.

Right now at the ETCO office, Christmas smells like stew and chapati, like perfume mixed with dust, like grandparents easing onto benches while toddlers dart between legs. This is what we live for — not a perfect programme brochure, but presence: the young and the old sharing one table in Kibera on a day the world pauses to remember generosity.
The feeling of satisfaction hits when you see the room relax — shoulders dropping, someone teasing someone else about taking the last chapati. We are grateful to every donor and sponsor who made today possible; your gifts did not vanish into abstractions. They became spoons, salt, laughter, relief.
If Christmas has stirred you to give again, we will put your support straight into the next community table.

Easter Feeding Program
Thanks to Tim Ruff and Stephanie, ETCO hosted a warm Easter Friday feeding program for children at our new office—bringing joy, a good meal, and community together in Kibera.

ETCO's Kibera Slums Tour
We thank Tim Ruff and Stephanie for joining ETCO’s Slum Tour in Kibera—walking with us, listening to residents, and experiencing the strength and reality of our community firsthand.

FLOOD SUPPORT APPEAL – KIBERA
Heavy rains brought flooding to Kibera’s riparian areas—destroying homes, claiming lives, and leaving families in urgent need. ETCO appeals to well-wishers for food, clothing, bedding, medical support, and other basics, while urging everyone to stay safe around fast water and contamination risks.
